TESTIMONIALS
Jasmine has helped us sell two homes and purchase our forever home! She is everything that you seek in a quality real estate agent. She is responsive, thoughtful about considering your needs and expectations, she is punctual, patient, and works very hard for her clients. She is also a wealth of knowledge and network. She is a Sacramento native, and knows our entire region very well. Her network of professionals is impressive, whether they are other realtors, or mortgage lenders, inspection professionals, repair companies - you name it! Jasmine is definitely someone to trust with big decisions related to real estate.

We have used Jasmine Gosney as our realtor for three different transactions - selling two of our homes and buying another. She was patient with our many questions, quick to respond to texts/phone calls, and her communications were clear and informative. She is very detail-oriented. For our sales, she used a professional photographer and advertised our homes very well. Jasmine is also fluent in Spanish. We observed her easily communicating in Spanish with one of our buyers. Using her communications and business talents resulted in us receiving multiple offers over the asking price in less than a week! For our purchase, we had a specific neighborhood in mind. At the time, there was only one house on the market in that neighborhood and the house had everything we were looking for. Thanks to her excellent skills, Jasmine negotiated a good purchase price for us. We now live happily in our forever home! Jasmine has an in-depth understanding of the housing market and we only trust her with our real estate transactions. She does an excellent job of guiding her clients through the entire process, whether you are buying or selling. We highly recommend Jasmine Gosney as your realtor for all of your real estate transactions. She goes above and beyond for her clients!

Jasmine is an excellent realtor. She was able to help our family sell my mother’s home even though it had the complication of being under probate. My mother had not filed proper paperwork after a refinance. Jasmine’s expertise made the sale happen with no issues. In the meantime, she was able to facilitate my niece and her husband to purchase their first home.

She was amazing throughout the entire process, and we’re incredibly grateful for her hard work, knowledge, and dedication. Her help made this journey so much easier, and we couldn’t have done it without her.
We highly recommend Jasmine to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She’s the first person we recommend to our friends and families for your real estate needs. Thank you, Jasmine, for helping us find our amazing home and making this such a great experience. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done for our family.
